ABOUT ME

I have practiced real estate law in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years.   My focus is commercial real estate transactions, specializing in mid-market acquisitions, financing, and leasing in California and throughout the United States.  I am also experienced in general business law, having counseled numerous small business owners in a variety of legal matters, including employment agreements, business - sale agreements, and the formation of partnerships, LLCs, and corporations.
